Parrot Lily, Parrot Flower, Peruvian Lily, Lily of the Incas 'Sweet Laura'

Lovely picture. Why don't you ask the Administration to move it to the Alstroemeria Sweet Laura page? http://davesgarden.com/pf/go/51590/index.html

i'm a florist and use alstro all the time. it has a great vase life, 2-3 weeks, sometimes more. its one of the few flowers that even the buds will bloom after it's been cut. one of my favorites. i am way to far north to grow it tho.

Thanks Ursula - I will - I didn't find a separate page for SL when I posted...

I do not know much about hybrid Alstroemerias, but I certainly had seen this one before. Your picture will be much more appreciated in the 'Sweet Laura' page since so far there was just one.

Done!!
I will also post a pix of showing them as a mass - they really get quite large. The admin added the word Alstroemeria to the main title - that's why I did not find it on a search. It was listed as Parrot Lily, Parrot Flower, Peruvian Lily, Lily of the Incas 'Sweet Laura' but no Alstroemeria.
Thanks,
Sterling
