Being new to Hibiscus

What are Hibiscus liners? I keep seeing the name but what are you talking about? Is it like a premie pot to start plants in?

From my understanding a liner is a baby hibiscus. It isn't established into a larger pot yet.

Most of the liners I have seen for Hibiscus are in a small mesh "bag" for lack of a better word. It is sort of like an expanded Jiffy pot. Liners are just small plants meant to be potted up and grown on. They are normally sold to the trade/professionals that grow them for another month or two then sell them retail.
