I have two yellow iris, one a light buttery yellow and the other deeper in shade but still a clear bright yellow, both 18"-24" tall. I also have yellow King Humbert canna - they're pretty short, aren't they? Let me know if any/all are of interest to you. I'd love to trade for some of your Blackie. Thanks --

Well, I'm going to have to slink off with my tail between my legs. I went out to see about getting some nice rhizomes together for you and discovered that, now that they're done blooming, I can't tell where the pink ends and the yellow begins :-( I was pretty blase' a couple of weeks ago when they were in bloom, thinking "of course I'll know which is which!" - NOT! My tags are no help, either - these things have been growing all over the place, so my tag placement just gives me a general area, not a specific location. Sigh. So, sorry about that! I can see I have some serious work to do on the iris bed . . .

chris, I can't tell you how many times I have done that. tell myself I will remember, and then INSTANTLY forget, lol. no problem. I've gotten good response, so I'll just go to the next person. I will be wanting some more next year, so we will have another chance.
