Tough Pork Chop Question

Decatur, GA(Zone 7a)

I always fall for the beauty of the boneless butterfly chops, especially when they are on sale. Then I get them home, cook them in a skillet, and they are tough as nails. I have some thawing out now. Does anyone have a recipe that might help? From reading past threads, all I've come up with is cooking them at 300 degrees.
