Thanks for the tip ! I have not been able to shope for years but when I could out Lowes carried Exotic Angels.
Sad thing was they displayed and took care of them as well as the AV's.
Lorry got some nice ones the other day !
everytime i've been to lowes....i would NEVER buy....bugs...poor care..the $5.50 per hour clerks have no idea what is what!!...too bad....as they are good plants..

Hello to all! I will not be playing bingo this time hopefully next time in february I had soil mealy bugs I used neem oil and marathon no2- liquid the plants seemed to respondI decided to throw them out except 3 plants that were in another room. I had mealybugs in 1973 up until this time thrips were my handfull, I used flea collars for a long while they were no longer I was told not to use them anylonger I have a lung problem now on 5 liters of 02 resting--6 liters walking breathing somedays is bad.I have been growing violets and cousins since 1969 at the time I lived 20 minutes or so from granger gardens plants seemed to do better, allison and others I would like to learn from the newer growers, at the time i used only volkmann's soil and fertilizer I am interested in the products the growers use here the plants are fantastic. Sorry about this Morganberg . Playing Bingo can help build your collection back. And we are all here for to share plants and leaves with you ! Me I have way too many babies plants some so grown up blooming ! That need to be adopted and I can always find leaves to share also.

You do not need to have any plants to play Bingo nor do you have to have any plants to get plants shared with you.
Our first Secret Easter Bunny trade, many , I say 3/4 of the people had no African violets or no named ones. I sent all these people boxes of plants and leaves . This way they would have leaves and babies to trade and be able to add to their new collection in the trade. Our first trade Jill organizsed and it went very well !
We are going to have a super duper big secret trade in the Fall. Anna " Spider " said she would organise . I bet sign up will start soon so people can start getting down leaves their secret bunny may enjoy !
I will be happy to send you a box of plants and leaves all named for shipping. I am addicted to growing by leaf, my health does not allow for me to car for them, and we have a single wide one bedroom home so not much room.

You DO NOT HAVE TO SEND ME ANY PLANTS ~ I have no room and trying to find good homes for some of my rare, vintage, wasp, beautiful named plants before I can't take care of them at all.
I got my exotic angels at Home Depot. I may need to stop by lowes though and see what they have :) thanks for the tip!
