Small Livestock Supply

ok, I'm stymied. I can't find any local source (NW Illinois) for small livestock supplies. My local feed dealer has no clue - and the selection at Farm & Fleet/Tractor Supply is limited to chemicals and feed buckets it seems. The few people I know locally who have goats, sheep, chickens etc. cobble together things like feeders, interior pens, harnesses etc. Last year I spent a whole day trying to find a heated base for my chicken waterer.

I left a message at the local farm extension but they seem unclear - think I will try and contact a local 4 H leader maybe. Where do you all buy stuff like this?
