CHINESE VEGETABLES
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
2 3/4 ounces broccoli florets
2 zucchini, diced
1 ounce green beans
1 carrot, grated
2 tsp. sugar or a natural sugar substitute
*2 Tbsp. liquid aminos (an alternative to soy sauce)
1/2 cup vegetable stock
Lemon pepper
3 1/2 ounces bean sprouts
Cooked rice
Add olive oil to hot wok. Sauté onion and garlic cloves in hot oil. Add all other ingredients. Stir often until vegetables are tender. Add bean sprouts to heat. Serve over rice.
