Multilfora cutting in trouble!

I got some LOVELY cuttings from someone who was VERY generous on here
The cuttings of the multiflora are in toucgh shape though...dried and wrinkled.
Should I soak the whole thing..leaves and all in water?

Mist them with water then put them in a ZipLoc bag and add a bit of water, inflate and close the bag, keep in a warm but not too bright place. Hopefully they'll come back for you.
