CLOSED: New Book to trade: Plant Propagation by Am Horticultural Soc

Augusta, GA

Hi,
When I ordered Plant Propagation by the American Horticultural Society, the book store sent two copies. Rather than send one back, I though I'd see if anyone wanted to trade plants for it. I am particularly interested in starting a hosta collection but am open to other perennials and would prefer a larger selection of small plants vs one or two larger ones. The book cost me a little more than $25. I will probably post this a couple other places to make sure those who might be interested will see it.
Thanks,
ddensmore

I'd be very interested in your book, ddensmore. Are you mostly looking for shade plants? I have clustered bellflowers, which do well in shade and have very pretty dark purple flowers. Also gooseneck loosestrife, which does well in shade. Also brunnera, which does well in shade.

I have all kinds of plants. Do you need any shrubs? I have double white lilac.

Lots of other stuff if you let me know what you like.

What kinds of plants--other than Hostas-- are you looking for?

Premont, TX(Zone 9b)

I might have something you want but am afraid the bookstore will want thier book returned or paid for, once they relized thier mistake in sending.

the book is paid for! I don't need shrubs. I am a plant a holic and love a large variety of plants. I don't have a lot of room left, so I am in the process of paring down what I have (e.g 6 mounds of daisies to three etc) to make room for more unusual plants. They have to be able to take zone 8 weather. I prefer to avoid plants that tend to take over which is more common in our area since we have very few episodes of killing frost and tender perennials usually make it through. Please provide lists of what you have or a refer to your trade list if you have one. I am going to wait a week or two before I decide to allow as many folks as possible to reply.
Thanks to all,
Deb
