Does anyone have any experience growing these from crowns? I planted a bag of 10 crowns and am not sure anything is happening? It's been at least 3 weeks and im not sure if i'm growing weeds or the plant.

Are you talking about dormant plants with no leaves?
There should be some growth by now.
