It sorta looks like the old heirloom Parrot Glad. (G. Dalenii) If so hang on to it . They are hard to find.

gary, mine is not as delicate looking as G. Dalenii. Found several pics to compare and I'm pretty sure that's not it. It is a good guess, though.

I believe it is G. Fiesta (Griesdbach '71). Found a great pic in Gardenweb, but don't know if we can link GW here.
