I would probably sell the elephant ears for 10 depending on how big they are. Although down there you can find a lot of the green ones growing in ditches all over. Rosemary, probably 2-3 dollars in a small pot.

Hi solitaregardenr - Do you know about the Dave's forum called Market?
http://davesgarden.com/forums/f/market/all/

I think that's a good suggestion Sternhill.
Everyone has a different price they can charge for plants.
Nowhere else in town to get black elephant ears? You can charge more!
Me, I can get $1 for a 4" pot with one black elephant ear.
I have problems selling roses. Many people are afraid of them, however, if you have good old rose growers in your community you can do fairly well. I'd do a gallon for $10.
But you still need to do stuff like check nurseries, check Lowes & Home Depot. Lowes had own root heirloom roses at great prices this year.
The difference at my home?
"All Naturally Grown". I am not certified organic, so of course I do not use that "tag" but if you want no chemicals, I got 'em.
We sell rosemary at church when it roots well for us. 4" pot of small, well rooted plant is $1.50, a half gallon is $3.00 Since rosemary grows slowly in comparison to many plants, we don't bother as much with it. Slow growers are not very lucritive for someone with limited space.
