Eunice that is a sucker or another plant growing in pot.
If sucker can let it get little bigger take off and root for another plant ! If another plant..you will need to gently take plant out of pot and gently ( I like doing this when plant is on the dry side) separate them like you did the plant you showed me in Dmail last night. And give each plant their own pot accorden to size. In sticky is threads with suckers pictures showing how.
A bloom stalk basket is when you have a flower/bloom stem and on this stem under/by flower a little baby /sucker looking grows. It's called a basket. Sometimes there will be just two leaves grow on the flower stem these can also root to grow a plant. This is How I grew your Buckeye Cherry Topping. When the flower die you just snip flower off . You can leaves leaves/or basket on plant to grow until a size you are comfortable to root. did you see the thread I bumped up I showed step by step pictures.

It's either sucker or another plant.
A bloom stalk baby will be growing right on the flower stem in the air no roots..If you cut the flower off the basket or bloom stalk baby would be gone as they are attached.

i got the plant down and was looking really close its another plant like you show on your stickey but a little bigger. it growing out from the first big plant on the bottom
it has a heartshape leaf and 2 leaves on the bottom
