Looks like our cold snap is over for a while.
Made 4 new flower beds yesterday. Hubby just laughs ,he sees the Kubota going by the window...
Going to plant the veggie garden late this afternoon ,after we get back from picking up my Mothers Day present ,a weeping cherry tree and what ever else I can find.

I hear you AF! Been outside most of the day planting beans and asparagus (I was ready to plant it 2 weeks ago but then it rained). My back is killing me but my soul is light.
I love weeping cherry. My friend had an old old one and it was magnificent.

yahoooooooooooo I love the HEAT!!! we have the pool open-still needs cleaned a bit-and is cold! but going to get the new solar cover on it and pray it warms up fast.

I'm so glad the frost is gone and the heat is coming. I spent the whole day yesterday planting my veggie garden and mowing the fields. I have to mow inside the fence today and start planting my annuals. I hope to get it done before the rain comes in. I sure hope the rain comes. My veggie garden is too far away to water plus I have men in here tearing up the driveway with big equipment so I can't haul hoses out there. I guess I could always load up the RTV with my old watering cans and drive some water out there to them but it would be sooooooo much easier if it would just rain. :)
I planted some perennials down by my pond. I didn't get back down there to spray them. I hope the deer didn't eat them last night.

We finally got rain at 6:30, it lasted about 20 minutes and now the sun is out. I looked on NOAA and all the bad storms are down below in the thumb area and below. Just a few scattered storms in Wisconsin. It still says 70% chanch for tonight and 50% for tomorrow and then no rain till next Tuesday night.......Aleta
