Could this be spider mite damage?

Kalama, WA(Zone 8b)

This is my shredded white brug.
I haven't seen any webs or any bugs at all but the damage sure shows.
I've used a Systemic on it now so hopefully it will take care of the problem.

Should I cut off these deformed leaves?

Thank you.

It looks more like broad or cyclamen mite damage or could even be a calcium defeciency. Maybe someone will come along that knows the difference. I haven't figured that out yet. LOL!

That is what mine looked like when I was plagued with broadmites.. I took Kell's advice and used Neem oil and backed it up with 2 in 1. I removed the leaves that were that bad just in case it could spread that way. Now any time I see new growth with the slightest deformitty, I hit em again, and I don't have that problem anymore.
I'm a newbie... so I'm just sharing what happened to me.. I'm NOT a seasoned brug expert by any means!

I was out spraying messenger this morning and found a few seedlings with leaves that look just like that. When I looked at the backs of the leaves, I could see webbing, so I guess you know what I am going to be doing today.
