Richmond, VA(Zone 7a)

So I figured I share my NOIDs. I usually pick them up at the garden centers and even some at the grocery store.

Hi Gardengirl,

I think your violets are beautiful, no matter what their names are. And I really love your mini. Minis are such wonderful plants. Great growing.

They are just lovely :) Thanks for sharing :)
You know with all the named AVs I have...Some of my favorites are still the NoIDs I pick up at my local nursery :)

Fayetteville, NC(Zone 8a)

I like what nannanavarro said. It's true that they all have names at some point. Who cares the name if you like the plant?

Dunedin, FL(Zone 10b)

They are all so beautiful ! I never seen one I did not like. I have several leaves of mine when I was just so ill that did not get labled :(( Hubby put them down and sat them on top of the bags or name info they came from for me to do the names. All he could think of was saving them. And I just was not up to writng the names. And for awhile they stayed like this being watered. But they were alive and doing well. They have no names now even though they use to. But that's Ok they will be a surprise when thy bloom. There's just a half a dozen or so and some Streptocarpus leaves.hich Hubby had never put down before but he got them all down and their doing great ! I think they came from a bunch of leaves from 2Z .
I do think it's nice to keep the names if you can , keep the Vintage and Species growing. Just sometimes this can't always be.
I just don't have the room so I stick with the name ones I have and the few noid leaves growing babies !
