Here's a pic of my Amarygia bulbs early in their growth for the season.
They have lived in this 15 inch diameter pot for 5 years.
I began with one bulb, which flowered the first year i had it. And never since.
The original bulb has offset to a cluster of 8 bulbs now.
i suspect it will want to crowd itself a bit, and then , hopefully flower!
The flower stem was a long and large thing.
really, almost monstorous.
It was topped with a round head of lanky stemmed hotpink lilies,
appearing closer to the Brunsvigia side of it's heratige.
Another year now, till it may flower.. sigh.
