Joey Ana Maria SIMILAR...i think

Palm Bay, FL(Zone 9b)

Hello friends...had purchased some cuttings from Joey...and after seeing his pic of his Princess Ana Maria...realized that i had an unmarked one very similar to his...posted it on the Maui forum...but joey said he only sent out one cutting of that..and it wasn't to me......so I am very lucky and very happy over the similarity....here's a pic i took this morning..

Very pretty, Bob. I too got some from Joey. He had a series of whites and a series of pinks, and perhaps it is one of his pinks? I have one opening now, and I am pretty sure that it is one of his whites, but the weather is so cool and gloomy for the past couple of weeks that all the flowers are opening up smaller and lighter than usual.

Clare i have 3 of his hurricane cuttings...they don't have inflo's yet...and perhaps they are a bit young...think he said they weren't quite 2 years old...hope the weather warms for you...

Thanks, Bob. Is it possible that you have a Princess Victoria without the color break? I think the PV without the colorbreak is Metaire Pink? I'm not sure. In any case, it is a lovely flower.

Clare...could be...but it really is very pretty...and i'm delighted to have it..

I think it could be also. It looks like it, but I haven't done a side-by-side picture comparison, and I don't have one that I own. The color break virus only shows when the plumeria is stressed so I think you could have a healthy PV at the moment.
