Thanks, Sandy (IloveJesus), for the tip. I made a b-line to the website and got me some calla Purple Haze (Kenton raves about this one) , Oriental L. Muscadet, tigrida pavonia (to try out--so cheap) and blood lily.

B&B 50% off summer bulbs now in progress
Great Sale!!! Thanks for posting.
vossner, I just had a snack at B&B. I ordered jacqueline, luxor, touching, black bty, siberia, timeout, and a couple of other tasty treats. Thanks for the heads up. Patti
The rep told me the sale had started May 15th and that emails were sent out to preferred customers (meaning, anybody that has bought before).
Did anybody get an email? I didn't. Thank goodness Sandy knows I've become a bulb nut and she gave the the heads up. I love my DG buddies!!!!!!
Jeeshh--so glad I happened to see this thread! Thanks for the heads up, Voss!
I didn't get an e-mail either that I know of. I know I've gotten a zillion from Brecks, but I don't order from them...
Here's the B & B Sale list to date. http://www.brentandbeckysbulbs.com/summer/search/search.php?section=showinstock&criteria=yes
I didn't get an e-mail either and I've spent enough there in the past year, I ought to own stock in the place. I've already order fall bulbs from them.
me too. daffs.
No e-mail here. I bought from them this spring for the Co-op.
Oh, this is bad... real bad... I think I should have had them shipped to work.
I just placed my order and managed to keep it under $50 with shipping. It was hard, but I did it. I got some more Iron Cross Oxalis (love this!), Fallax & Chicago Harlequin Colocasia's, Bolivian Begonia, Musa acuminata, St. Josephs Lily, Gladiolus nanus, and Black-eyed Beauty Calla.
Howdy Staci, you will love, love Iron Cross oxalis. I have it potted, next to the purple oxalis and it is so nice.
I do love it! I ordered 20 from Blooming Bulb and planted them a few weeks ago. The first bloom has opened and I just love them. I planted them at the front path entrance of my new shade bed, at each corner. Now I want more! :) I will either place these others in a pot in the bay window in the kitchen or in a hanging pot outside.
look at this thread, I didn't even know so many varieties existed!

Oh too cool! Most of those I have not seen.
I did find two new ones at Albertsons, of all places, this spring. They are rubbery varieties and really cool looking. I bought the one called Molten Lava, that jooolster posted a picture of. They are not hardy here but that's okay I will enjoy through this year!
I have a "Co-op possibilities" bookmark folder and O. adenophylla is one I have in there. I love the big flowers on that one.
is the sale still going on?
