Cold Pickles....like Claussens

I have too many pickling cucumbers and I need a good recipe! I LOVE the pickles that are cold packed, like the Claussen brand (think of the white crispy pickles you get with a restaurant deli sandwich).

Do you have a great recipe I can make pickles with?
