Awesome fish!

That's what I'd love...A pond big enough for koi. Our little 135g-ish pond just got torn up plants when we tried having a couple of koi a few years back. We stick with shubunkins and orange comets now. Someday....

I just started about 14 koi but have alot to learn. Love your pics can't wait to see mine get that big. I have lots of gold fish and they had lots of babies I think there are about a thousand babies between the 2 ponds and I'm trying to net them out to give to kids or whoever wants them. They're quick little guys though the easiest way I found to catch them is at dark with a flash light. Jaws ( kids named it) is about 12 inch gold fish and it will eat right out of your hand the kids love that one. I have several that let me pet them too . I think the koi will get to be like that after a while they are starting to come up more now when its feeding time.
