Seed Rules Changed?

I've not yet had a chance to read through all of this yet but it seems that there is a change of rules regarding small imports of seed to the US. From the little I have read it seems you can obtain a permit for small amounts of seed to enter the US from international sources. I know this won't be welcome news for all of you and there are still restricted and prohibited lists, I would encourage everyone to be sensible and responsible traders.
