OK, I'll just put this out there in the hopes that maybe someone will have these and be willing to root them or grow them for about a month or two and I can offer some daylilies in return.

I have always wanted to try to grow a Mother of Thousands and also a Clivia (color doesn't matter). I know that the Clivia is an expensive plant which I can't afford to purchase and pay shipping on.

With that being said, the only thing I can really offer is fans from some of my daylilies this fall. I'm not sure which ones I will be able to offer yet but I do know that Razzmatazz will be one of them which is a BEAUTIFUL stella D'Oro type daylily only with a fuschia flower. I have lots of different named daylilies but right now in Maine it's very difficult to tell which ones will be big enough to divide. So, this is really a fall trade which gives us time.

I'm in the process of getting a new home so things are very hectic but I would LOVE to have these 2 plants to baby this coming winter if anyone should happen to have any to share with me.

I would greatly appreciate it,
Kim

Pheadra,

Does your Mother of Thousands flower like this:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=7764958503&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&rd=1

If so, I would LOVE to try to grow one!

Are you looking for daylilies also? I ask because I have been offered Clivias for my daylilies and I'm not sure how many I will have until this fall. BUT, I may have something else that you would be interested in. I will know more this fall what is large enough to split and would be more than happy to send you a list of other things that I have. I may have some Balloon Plant or other perennials that you would like. I have quite a few seedlings of the Double White Balloon Plant growing on my kitchen table right now and hopefully they are big enough in the fall to share if that interests you. I can already tell the my Campanula Punctata "Elizabeth" is going to need to be "controlled" a little and I'm sure there will be others.

Anyways, I'm sure I will find something out there that you would like.

So, as it stands today, the 3 of you have offered me BOTH of the plants that I was looking for and I'll close this thread now since the 3 of you have been so kind to reply.

I'm sure we will be in touch throughout the season and I want to thank you ALL so much for responding so quickly.

I can't wait for my new babies and hope to have some beautiful Bay Windows to put them in within a few months!

Thank you all again, I can't tell you how much it made this rainy day sunnier to hear from you.

Oh Pheadra, that is SO SWEET of you.
I would LOVE to have her now if you have any that are big enough to mail.
I would be more than happy to send you the postage or I do have PayPal if you'd like me to PayPal it to you.
I can't tell you how much I would appreciate it. I hope to be able to share with my Grandma once it has babies. It looks like such a fun plant. Do you enjoy yours? Do you find it hard to grow?

Please let me know what I owe you for shipping and how you would like to be reimbursed.

I will D-Mail you my address.

Again, I thank you sincerely for your offer!

Kim
