fidgy my cat is licking his fur off in his hindend area.

took to 2 vets and had tests done.

not an allergy no bugs on skin no mites nothing??

vet says hes manic depressive. what is that in a cat?? he plays he attacks everything that moves. he gets to sleep with me at night.

any ideas as to why he is balding his bottom??? it looks like i took a cutting shear to him.
