This is sooooo good.

I made the cake using a Pillsbury Butter Cake Mix, except I used orange juice for 1/2 the liquid and added 2 tablespoons grated orange rind. Baked it in a jelly roll pan ( I like thin pieces of cake ).

For the icing I used a stick of butter, 10x sugar, grated orange rind and orange juice.
It's so light and refreshing.
