Hi, BevHart! Are your hostas clumps or starts? How many of each do you have?
I would like to have them all! I have 18 varieties of cannas..... all named.

Hi Gail! They are clumps and have been growing like wildfire! They are all very healthy so no worries there. I will have to go out and count exactly how many I do have that I could send you. WOW, 18 varieties! Could you possibly tell me what they are by name so I am not duplicating and thank you for the response! Your cannas look so pretty in the picture, thank you for posting it!

Actually, I already have 'Elegans' and 'Frances Williams' but not 'Minuteman'.... but I am expanding my shade garden and really like them all!

I am sorry, all of my hostas have been traded and picked up by someone locally. Thank you for your interest. I will post again when I am thinning out, thanks again!

Well, great! I'm so glad you found a local taker and didn't have to mess with mailing them to me. I guess a lot happened in the 5 hours from the time you posted what you wanted and then edited to change your mind!

Now.... what to do with these 8 varieties of cannas that I have dug, wrapped, and boxed up.....

I am so sorry Gail, I didn't see a reply from you so I figured you had changed your mind. How much would you ask as a selling price for your cannas? I hate that you went to the trouble and I certainly don't want them to die!

I guess it would have been a good idea to have mentioned that I had an appointment with an oral surgeon to have a tooth cut out Friday and was going to be "out of it" for a day or two... no prob. I posted another thread to trade them off and so far, so good! (some named daylilies and a couple of other named hostas in the offerings, so I'm happy!)

Maybe next time!

That's awesome, I am so happy the trades are working out for you! Ouch, I have been there with having the tooth extracted so I do understand how you were out of it! Take care and again I am glad things are working out with your trades!

Bev, I would like to trade for hostas. I have lots of dwarf yellow cannas ( 30inch) with rusty color speckles in the throat. I also have melon color amaryllis, pink and red dianthus (pinks), ground phlox, burgandy gallardia, Alaska daisies, pink coreopsis, stokes asters, white iris, varied no name daylilies, common sedum, perennial geraniums, rain lilies, creeping thyme, penstemon huskers red, purple cone flowers, several clematis (cuttings) and lots of seed!
Let me know if you would like to trade,
Thanks,
ddensmore
