Cat Comes When You Call???

I have a black male cat named Sirus. We (DH and I) both work full-time but in our time off at home this cat loves to be with us about 75% of the time, the other 25% he can amuse himself/sleep/play with his sister cat, etc.

I have NEVER EVER seen a cat who acts as he does.

He likes to sleep on my side of the bed if I haven't let him out for the night, and he likes his head to lay right next to mine and me to hold him like a teddy bear or something. He talks constantly and I talk back, like he thinks we are having a real conversation only I don't know what we are saying!

But the weirdest thing is he COMES RUNNING WHEN I CALL! Yep. He can be in the yard and I call, he'll come. He can be sleeping downstairs and I call him up, he comes. He comes probably 80% of the time and always at a fast trot.

Have you ever had a cat that was like this?

He is 3 and since he was teeny tiny I knew he was so attached to us that I have given thought to when his time on earth ends and it just breaks my heart to think of it because he has such personality.
