Bush bean 'Monstranzbohne'
Phaseolus lanatus
Can be translated as "angel bean."
Bush bean 'Monstranzbohne' (Phaseolus lanatus)
Cute name, but the pattern on the bean looks more like the painting "the scream"
The pattern on this bean (ph vulgaris) resembles a monstrance, or ostensorium. Used by the catholic church, a monstrance is a vessel, often made out of gold and studded with precious jewels, to display a religious object of piety to the congregation.
At first glance I thought that I was looking at eyes. I see something different every time I look at it! lol
I have many of these beans, I keep growing crops. I just love to see them grow. I am thinking of marketing them but need some advise on how to do that.
