Yes I think your right. Joseph Sent me about 6 names morning Glories. They were labeled but we did not keep track of the names.
Posted my new sunny faces on the trip to Heaven thread. Jill and I went to Violet Gallery, yesterday.
I saw them excelletn plants ! Wish we could have all gone !
You have great taste I have some of the same ones :))
Joseph is a sweetheart! I'll send you some this fall if you want, I bought alot from Japan this year
Janis
How do you keep morning glories from taking over the yard? I love them, but they grow like weeds in Maryland.
The Japanese ones usually don't reseed like the regular ones do. The seedings are pretty easy to ID too, so you can yank them out. The only reseeders I have this year are where I purposely let seeds fall last year so I wouldn't have to replant them. Also, if you deadhead them they can't make seeds :)
Janis
Yes and the ones from Japan are stunning. I know I have at least 6 kinds. But we did not put all seeds down at once so I can't wait to see more ! They won't take over here.
They are easy and fun to grow and these Japan ones are so pretty and different Nurses and nighbors ask us what they are :))
Hubby made lines with sih wire and a small ganed in front along lide my ramp and deck. So they climb up in thin air on the fish wire looking very exotic ! I am so happy I got them. You could grow them year round here !
Bob L@@KY here !

Their special ! What about the top left shaped like a heart ! What's it's name ?
Anita have any blooming African violets ! Did you give Mom some ! I can always send more soon I will be caught up on shipping :))
The heart shaped flower is Bleeding Heart. Mom will be back up in the beginning of June and I have some more for her then. I want to enjoy the ones you gave me for a bit and will share some of your babies with her later on. I'm sure she would love some of yours, but to be honest, she doesn't have alot of room and is picky about what she wants. Thank you for your kind offer, but I'll let her pick from my group for now and have them ready for her when she is up in the fall again.
My Mom is like this too. She has had an Aussie Alice ever sense mine had a baby to give her. She calls it Grandma Alice after her Mom. When ever she brings it for me to transplant it's like 4 feet of winding soft folage pretty color babies.
