Need Party Food Ideas

Graduation Time! My wonderful daughter, Jessica, is graduating with her RN degree this coming Friday. I am throwing a party for her in a few weeks. I would welcome any appetizer ideas you may have, and beverages as well. Jessica has requested my quacamole so that is already planned. Trader Joes has some great mushroom turnovers, if they still have them. I am hoping to keep this as low stress as possible, so I need recipes that are relatively easy and simple. I will lay out some cheeses and crackers, make bruschetta, variety of olives, some tampenade. Jess also would like mimosas. I might serve homemade margaritas as well... not sure yet. She has also requested the small chocolate eclairs and cream puffs that you can buy in the freezer section at the store.

I am so pround of Jessica. She is graduating with honors in spite of being a single mom and working two part-time jobs through school. She deserves a great party!
