Live in Los Angeles, and recently came across a very fragrant tree in full bloom in april-may. leaves Look like laburnum, but produces small bunches of white or pink very fragrant flowers. Anyone know which tree this is? Can anyone recommend other fragrant flowering trees for zone 9?

Maybe some sort of locust. They would be in bloom and are very fragrant.
