I have this crusting on a few of the leaves on three of my plants and the little bugs what ever they are are a shiny dark brown and fly. They are on Bayer Systemic 2 in 1 and Ive tried neem with no luck. Any help would be great!

is it mites?? i don't have clue but i think my one has same i sprayed it good twice.. someone will come who really knows..

Caren, you dont have to worry about it. It is nothing serious. This type of crusting is weather related.
