This is from my friend Chris...not me: please help him

My cat keeps peeing on the furniture and bed. HOW DO I GET THE SMELL OUT...and better yet, how do I get him to stop peeing where he isn't supposed to? He isn't fixed yet and there is another cat in the house he is fighting with. HELP
I don't like him having the name "peebody"...
