Hi all,
I'm new to the forum. I live in the Wash DC area and am trying to find a nursery within a few hours that might carry varieties of Hamamelis X Intermedia (Hybrid Witchhazel) shrubs. This tall, Winter/Spring blooming shrub is apparently quite popular, and hard to find in this area.
Can anyone direct me to a nursery that would have this shrub? Maybe even "in stock"?

They are a little on the expensive side but if nothing else well worth the time it takes you to walk thru the whole place. Nice selection of plants both tropical and hardy.
Try Merrifield Garden Center in Fairfax VA. Shreckhise Shrubbery in Weirs Cave has acres and acres of trees and shrubs, although it would be a bit of a drive for you.
Gossler Farms I'm sure has them mailorder. Give them a call - they have very little of their stock listed online.
