I am trying to obtain a "California Sally" (vain, I know) and the only dealer I found has several seriously unhappy customers here on DG's scout. Any suggestions from you experienced plumeria folk?

Generally they are good reports and from reliable sources.

I highly recommend Florida Colors. They have cuttings of it for $20 and grafts for $25. The negative rating that they got from one disgruntled person -- who rated them twice under two different names - obviously had an axe to grind and was unfair in my opinion and in the opinion of many other plumeria collectors. I know literally hundreds of collectors through my various associations, and every one of them buys from Florida Colors with no complaints. I don't know if you were refering to them, but I thought I would let you know that they have it, and they are a fantastic plumeria business and highly trustworthy.
