where is Allison today???

Has anyone seen Allison today? I haven't seen any of her posts. :o((

I was wondering the same thing, I only saw 1 or 2 posts from her yesterday too.... and I think they might have been late Friday night early saturday AM

I haven't heard from Allison either...it IS very hot here today 92 or so...so maybe had some other things to do etc...and than yesterday i know the site was having probs early in day...

Doesn't seem quite the same without her input... Hope she is doing all right...

Sorry I came on line for few minitues . I have not felt good have not been even to the bath room , Maybe I wll feel better tomorrow .

Hooray for a pain free day!! I'm glad you are with us today. Guess what? That Lillian Sparkler is sssoooo close to opening her bloom! I'll put up a pic the minute she opens. The other babies are doing good, seems like they have adjusted to the climate here and are now taking off!

The alsobia cygnet bloomed, but the bloom fell off before it was all the way opened. Any suggestions? I have it in natural light on a shelf in an east window so she gets full light but no direct light. Is it a light issue? Watering issue??

Jacki Alsobia does like to be more moist , and more food and humidity than AV's. Their flowers last only about 3 -4 days. If I had room I'd keep it under lights as it would love 12-16 hours each day. I use to and it grew so nice. And then in a 12 inch pot hubby rigged a light to go over it . But right now I have no room.
But even with A/C it humid here.

Hope you are feeling better and tomorrow is a new day. We ALL need to be thankful for every single day we are blessed with...be it a good day or a bad day.
And speaking of blessings...Allison....do you realize what a blessing you are to this AV group? LOOOOOOK at how many people care about you. You are such a gem!

Yes each day is a Blessing. I hate t say this as I'm not a negitive person some of my days are unbearable. EAch day on the road a journey with ALS there are no good ones physically and some much worst.
I can just make the days good mentaly. My chin is always up :)) Just my body won't work. lol

You are a cheerful loving helpful funny wonderful presence here and we miss you when you aren't around, it just isn't the same without ya!

Cheryl Thank you ! Did you get your trade box ? I got mine and it was wonderful. Hubby put all the leaves down for me. I opened the little cup plants in bed and they were packaged so well all the way from Canada no dirt in my bed ! :)) I love everything but you sent too much I need to send you more.
