I saw what appeared to be a hummer with a yellow bib/band under its' chin color, chest was non-descript. The predominant color of the bird was green. I'm certain of the yellow color but the ILs (whose feeder it is) say I'm mistaken. DH agrees there was a light color band of some sort. Neither of us got a great look at it. Perusing the web/books- it is not a ruby-topaz.
Any input would be appreciated.

It could be a hummer covered with yellow pollen.
