Bob I forget which one will look up when I feel better , Grey Lady is a sport of one of the pink Epsicas or Grey Lady Sproted to one of the expensive pink Epsicas. Mine always have some pink. I was hoping one of mine would sport. The color on all of yours are Stunning.
But yes Grey Ladt Sported to one of the Pink ones when I feel good I will try to find the info.

Bob the foliage on your plants are outstanding :)) You should be sending pictures to the Gesneriad reference web sight.
Grey lady does have pink but your's is showing really good ! I am still looking for the info where Grey Lady Sported to a pink Epsica varieity it's some where lol.
Maybe in one of my old books you know a lot of them /most are Vintage back from the 60's.
I did find ;
Episcia Pink Dreams was registered in 1994 and is a Sport of E. 'Pink Panther' sport by R. Teich.
Episcia 'Cleopatra was registered in 1964 and was a Sport of sport of 'Frosty' by E. L. Easterbrook
With the readings I've done most of the Pink Episcia varieties are Sports !
I hope some of mine Sport, Maybe a Pink Panther into Pink Dreams :))
Chocolate Soldier has been a parent to many other Episcia's. It's an Episcia not easy to get and be costly . Your plants are smashing.
Alice was the first on I ever bought and have shared it with so many people I bet at least a hundred !

Bob have they been giving you babies ?

Palm Bay, FL(Zone 9b)

HI everyone thanks on the pics of the episcias etc....course Allison gave me all of these some time ago...so she's to blame...he he 8)).....i honestly haven't pampered them Allison...and i have such limited room that i simply have not paid enough attention to them..i will have to take them out of their box container and see if babies etc...thanks for the info on grey lady...i think it's very nice!!

Dunedin, FL(Zone 10b)

Wonderful ! See everyone their easy to grow :)) Bob I have no time for mine either nor time to pamper. I finaly got to my poor Alsobia Cygnet last week or so and potted up 35 of her babies. Poor tired Mom she went into a 6 inch hanging pot now blooming again.
The babies taken off and potted it up with root within a week and be growing a nice plant to share in weeks time. When the babies come off Mom will flower more.
I have no room nor physicaly able to care for them. Mine sit on a plastic stand our neighbor was throwing away. Hubby washed it up it sit in front of a window where the shae has to be closed in lated afternoon evening sun gets too hoy. Yet they keep on growing and blooming. Your's look better than mine bob the foliage so soft ! Yeah lift them out maybe some babies you can share. You can even cut the babies off. Put them into plastic baggies like leaves. Label and ship just like this just like you would leaves to someone to root up and grow babies within a few weeks tops ! Many people sell Epsicas stollens on Ebay ! One of the easiest plants to grow. !

Palm Bay, FL(Zone 9b)

if i cut my babies up...it will be like cutting their limbs off...he he...the cygnet is blooming with lots of purple specs on the white...just took this pic
