From the seeds you sent
OT/ Four O'clocks
April...very cool...4 oclocks almost a lost plant these days...TFST
Thanks Bob, they are so easy and so pretty don't know why they aren't planted more.
April Are they from the seeds I sent you ! I have been told I have a ton outside blooming !
Yes Allison both you and Kenton sent me seeds and I planted them in a couple of spots, one gets more afternoon shade the other- right now both spots are blooming nicely!
Allison! That is an awesome 4 o'clock!
Janis
I do love them. The one I sent pic of was Broken Color, I think that was what Kenton sent, the other V pink & yellow is in another spot and equally beautiful.
The Nurse that gave them to me last year worked for ten years to get the yellow and pink vareigation she wanted ! She dug up some plants and gave me seeds. The seeds came up so fast and bloomed right before out eyes. Hundreds of flowers each afternoon ! Amazing. Then in the winter even ehre they die totaly down. I did not think they were going to come back up. But when they did wow like over night they were fuller than last year and blooming again !
Here is another one from last year from the seeds I sent you April !
Janis those are gorgeous!
I would love some if you have extras!

Janis your flowers are very pretty too !
I took a few pictures of Morning Glories today ! But no seeds yet first years growing these ones. I'll post them later !
Allison, can't wait to see your morning glories. I want to plant mine so bad :(( We called about 2 houses yesterday, both were too small, and the one that I really wanted was way too expensive :(( Oh well, we'll find something. I just want so badly to see flowers!
Janis
I hope you find the perfect home soon :))
I love the 4 o'clocks but you have to watch them in Florida because they can get away from you very quickly and become invasive given enough room.
Jan...
I am pretty sure that I am in address exchange, if you don't find me let me know and I will dmail you.
I guess they might get invasive here, but generally our hot, steamy summers keep them in check- or at least I thought so, but don't you have the same lovely summers?
Please don't tell that to my neighbor. His backyard has them everywhere.
Jan...
Neighbors, can't seem to please them! I have Mexican Flame vine growing on my back fence and when it grows on his side he pushes it back to mine or cuts it. I hate a plain fence and all of ours are weathered wood which makes such a nice back drop for plants, especially if they have red or orange flowers.
LOL- some people are so picky!
April
My neighbor has the pothos growing 40 ft up the tree on the other side of my wood fence. The runners end up coming to my fence and attaching themselves and climbing over. I too cut them back but it is due to the weight and strain these monster vines place on the fence.

Last year for the 1st time ever I stuck my pothos outside, I think it was looking not so happy and wow that sucker has just taken off, not at all the nice little house plant I once had. The leaves are bigger than my hand! and yes it does seem to like to run!
I wintersowed them this year and they are growing like gang busters! I have them out in planters and in the flowers beds already. I can't wait to see them in bloom. They germinate in a couple of days - very fast!
I saw the pothos in plantfiles. The foliage is cool ! What do the flowers look like ? I like all flowers :))
Our Four O'clocks grow in with our Coleus really well together ! The Coleus gives them pretty color during the day and in the late afternoon to early morning the Four O'clocks with their pink and yellow variegations is so cheerful and pretty together. Easy and fun to grow just the way we like it :))
Allison I have never really seen one flower but I think if they do it's an insignificant flower, maybe like a much, much smaller version of Peace Lilly.
