Edging flower beds

Our bermuda grass is taking over our flower beds. Yes, we edge as often as we can though we have this bad habit of starting new beds which just increases the work load! Does anyone have a edging solution?? I don't like the plastic trim -- was hoping for something more organic. Any creative ideas out there? Would love to see pictures.
