I had this plant and can't live without it. It's the Red (regular) Cardinal Flower - Lobelia Cardinalis. Someone sent me some last summer and I can't remember who. I'm sooo sorry I killed it! Not intentionally.
I can trade Cardinal Flower 'Cranberry Crown' for another piece or first born? I can also find some plants as well :-D

I lost my purple one plus I had bought another purple one and it died too. Am very unhappy. I love them!
I think one of them got the root weevil in them since the rhodie is very unhappy next to it with notched leaves, looking kind of sad like the roots are being eaten away, the plant is drooping and shouldn't be.

Michele!!! It was you..I was racking my brain trying to figure out. I knew it was a DG name with a "B". I sent berrygirl a dmail last night..asked if she sent it to me...LOL. I wanted to beg for more. It was sooo beautiful! It bloomed and I saved seeds. But I NEED instant gratification...LOL

All but 1 died this past winter for some reason. It was a very bad, cold winter so.... But nothing compared to your weather back east but......
As for what I want, I will take your 'Cranberry Crown' then. Maybe a few of the seeds of the one you lost too???
Hey, as for seeds, planted your so-called 'Sour Grapes' Penstemon and they are coming up. So shall see if they are the real thing, hehe.
I will dig up your plant this weekend but you can't send me my plant until after the 25th of May. Am going to be gone from May 10-25th. Going to AZ for my son's college graduation from ASU and then onto Hawaii (a present from my parents for turning 50, my college son's graduation and also my other son who is graduating from high school).
