Another request for Parrot Feather

If anyone has any parrot feather for postage, please let me know. We were out of town this weekend and saw a wonderful veggie filter made with parrot feather. Not only were the parrot feather thriving incredibly, the pond was crystal clear. We are wanting to build a filter like this, but choices of aquatic plants are limited in my area.

Thanks, Trish. I appreciate your throwing the taro in. Tell me quick what I need to do with the taro...I see them traded a lot but am unsure what I will need for them. Are they potted and put into shallow water?
