Earthbox question ANTs and yellow leaves

I am new to gardening and have a few earthboxes.
One earthbox is infested with ants, What can I use to kill not affecting tomatoes
One earthbox has pepper plants in it and the top leaves are yellowing. I followed the fertilizer directions as I believe its a deficiency of some sort. Any help would be appreciated.
