Hi Broots, o yes, it's a good pic of an outstanding flower structure.
This form appears to have white colouring at the tips, the common sp. is all red i think.
Oh, the height was only about 2 and a half feet high.
And it was actually growing next door to our place.
We had tried a few times, without sucess, to get Waratah to grow.
But this plant was a winner, and just 50 mts away.
