Does anyone have any good recipes for using in the RV? DH and I are going on our church's mission trip this year in August to help out in Pearlington, MS. We rented a motorhome for the trip. (Yeah, I know, what a wimp, but at our ages, we decided that we would survive a lot better and be a lot more useful if we could have air conditioning at night.) I love to cook, but that's not the primary purpose of this trip. I'm hypoglycemic, so can't use some of the packaged stuff. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Anybody need anything (not too large or voluminous) that we could carry down there in the motorhome from Virginia/NC?
