Do you have to be a membe of the AV society to get this program? Its alittle pricey for both when your on limited income.LOL
You don't have to be a member. The price is 37.00 if you are not and 25 if you are.

Joined AVSA and ordered First Class. Said it will take 4-6 weeks to get here :(

I hope so, after shopping yesterday, and buying leaves, and now this... DH might get grumpy.

Oh Janis you are addicted ! Happy you will be getting First Class and AV jagazine ! You will love both :)) I use mine everyday.
DH wants veggies, but we don't have the space here. I'm not planting much in the way of flowers this year either in case we have to move. I'm gonna dig up all my perennials I have planted if we move too LOL I hate the thought of moving, but I'd like a bigger house further away from the road, hopefully with some SHADE! I have no shade here. Our front steps end at the road too. We have side yards, but people don't pay attention to the speed limit and I am always worried about the kids.
Allison, I am addicted LOL When I was repotting last night, there was a plant just a tiny one in the pot with one of the mini's. So now I have 4 NOID Minis, instead of 3, all for $1.50 LOL I was so excited :))
I can't wait to get the magazine and software!!!!

When we moved and we did not move far. The plants were moved last. We put them snugly in the in my clear boxes with lids or some kind of covering. Hubby brought them in the van . Then he put the shelves up right away and lights and we were all set ! It was easy and smooth :))

I have a question about First Class. When you purchase to softwear does it have all the updates on it or do you have to update it when it arrives. According to the information the update costs 10.00
We bought a new mattress and box springs. Someone is buying the old one and an extra frame we have for $100.00. Half for me and half for DH. I think I might buy First Class - 2.
Has anyone got the AV Mag yet? Looks like there will be some good articles in this vol.
The first 6 months or year/6 up dates are included in the $25.00. Then $ 10.00 a year after.
When you get the CD it brings you up to date. Then about every two much there are new up dates of many new plants/and photot's update AV info...Last year there were more than 6 up dates ! As there were so many hundreds of photots they did up-dates month to month :))
When you update do you update to disk of to the computer?
No once the disk is used you don't need again of course except if you get a new computers...or crash and lost stuff.
First Class is right on your computer all the time. I am pretty sure you can use it off line. I have cable ( And just got a deal only $ 14.95 a month for 12 months for cable connection !! ) so my computer when on is always on line.
When you go to update you just open FC There is a tab that says update and mouse there and it asked if your on line and boom before you know it you have many new pictures and plant info, new registered , updates and more ! simple fast and easy. NO disk is entered.
On line sound good.
