I really thought I had seen something very much like this at one time on an on-line catalog, but didn't find it with a search. It appears to work like a flour sifter. I get a similar effect using an oblong sifting box and a brick that I rub across the still-coarse contents. The box is very sturdy; I've been using it for several years. Yuska
