Our Master Gardener Association has an annual Herb sale. We need photos to put in front of the herbs that are for sale. Does anyone know were we can get a reasonable priced herb photo CD? Otherwise we are going to have to take photos of the herbs, which would be labor intensive.
Thanks,
Herb Photos
Since I'm near you...when is the sale? Google the images...use them just give credit to the photographer as in cite source.

Our sale will be in October. I will post the time and place as the sale gets nearer. Thanks for the input, but we have tried that in the past and some of the pictures don't have enough pixels. When you enlarge them, they don't look so hot. Plus, it's labor intensive. I've Googled the CD's and the ones that I found are quite expensive.
Thanks again,
it does not make sense to me, if u are selling the herbs, why would u be needing photos?
click on each herb on this list and print each page --- each page will give info on herb, it's use and photo of the herb http://www.herbherbert.com/factsheet.php hope that help. hope the list is complete for ur need.

txflowerlady- I'm glad you realize this is not a good thing to do if only because you realize that there wouldn't be enough pixels to print a photo.
I want to add that, it is still copyright infrigment to use those images without permission of the photographer or owner of those images. Especially if done for commercial use.

Hi there - I am a MG and gave a talk to a garden club a while back. I used some photos from Daves Garden. I asked if it was OK on the "Daves Garden" forum (it is - with permission from the photo contributor) then I contacted the contributer of each photo I was interested and asked for permission. The people I was able to contact were very generous and allowed me to use their photos. Most were of high enough quality to project on a screen in a powerpoint presentation. Many of the DG folks are excellent photographers.
