I planted about 10 of these in the gravel on my patio last year. I left only 1 in situ and re-planted the rest in compost in my raised beds to protect them. They've all come through unscathed so I will plant them out again. They look great on the ground surrounded by gravel.

They are all beautiful! They're such tough plants, they come through our Maine winters fine.

I can see why the snails like Blood Tip it's looks absolutely delicious. It seems to be quite a tiny little plant as well. Did you start this from seed?
No I got this from an EBay seller last year. It is quite small - about 2 inches across.
