CLOSED: A few things to trade...

Floresville, TX(Zone 9a)

Hi all, I haven't done any trading yet this year, but I figured it was time to start and thin out some of my stuff. I have two (actually several more, but these two are the largest) Centratherum intermedium http://davesgarden.com/pf/go/713/index.html in 4 inch pots, see the pic below. Despite what it says in the plant files there haven't been any seedlings running rampant lol.

I also have two Chicory http://davesgarden.com/pf/go/690/index.html in 4 inch pots...

And then there's these two South African spiderwort relatives who's name I can't recall... I started these from seed I got from Silverhill seeds last year and lost the tag. Obviously not the fastest growers.

I almost forgot these two.. Passiflora subrotunda http://davesgarden.com/pf/go/106005/index.html rooted cuttings, also in 4 inch pots. These guys look a tad yellow and definitely need repotting into larger containers since they were started last fall.

I noticed there was no picture of the flower in the PF entry, so I uploaded one, but it might be a day or two before it's available, thus I'll post a small pic of the flower here as well.

Here's the flower on subrotunda. They're small, only around 1.5 inches, but still very pretty.

I forgot to post what I was looking for, I am out of practice at this lol.

Pretty much anything weird, uncommon, exotic (tropical or otherwise), vines, and also unusual pepper plants. I already have the standard jalapeno, habanero, etc.

As for what I consider weird/uncommon, last year I traded off some bulbine plants, which are considered common and not hard to find around here, and a lot of others farther north (and even a few in the south) had never seen them before, so even if you have something that's common to you, it might not be to me, so go ahead and make an offer:-)

Come on people, no one is interested in any of these? Where's the spirit to try something new?

Ocean Springs, MS(Zone 9a)

I wold perfectly willing to trade...if I had anything you wanted. Which I'm sure don't.

Everything I have is too small.

Size doesn't really matter Dee LOL:-) If you have something to offer, like I said above, please do.

Indigoez,

I have a good amount of various seeds to trade but except for some strawberry plants grown from seed and some canna bulbs, I don't have many live plants.

Would you consider seeds or a few bulbs such as oxalis for a trade for your subrotunda?

God Bless,
Pete

Hi stranger!

That's a cool passiflora!

I'm sending you a d-mail.

Citra, FL(Zone 9a)

Well, I have CA Bay Laurel seedlings of various sizes to trade. They grow freely here and would do fine in your zone, though I don't know about water needs.

I'm interested in the chicory.

Elizabethton, TN(Zone 7a)

I would love some chicory, what are you looking for in return?

(Zone 7a)

Hi, I would love the Centratherum and the Spiderwort. Now as far as an offer. Where Oh where do I begin? Every thing I have new are 1 month old seedlings and will keep them a while until they get bigger to send you. But lets start..Tecoma Stans, Crepe Myrtle (Peppermint Lace), Melasphaerula ramosa, Viola Mandshurica 'Fuji Dawn', Borage, Silene coeli-rosa 'Blue Pearl', Cicerbita plumieri

Beautyberry Bush (1 year old seedlings), Osteospermum-Spoon Daisy 'Whirligig' (already flowering) Gazania (no telling what kind, but the are budding), Impatiens x hawkeri 'Sonic Salmon on Gold' (cuttings) And my mind is blank..But I have all kinds of plants in the garden..LMK what interest you.

Edited..because I can't type tonight..LOL
